We want you to love your Peloton Apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
